User Agreement ("Agreement")

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between users ("User" or "You") and The Bridges, a platform for organizing and participating in retreats and events ("Application" or "Company"), regarding the use of the Application. By downloading and using the Application, Users agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. The Bridges is a platform that allows users to discover, organize, and participate in retreats and events. 1.2. Users are required to comply with the rules specified while using the services provided through the Application.

2. User Account

2.1. Users must create an account to use the Application. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the information provided during account creation is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. 2.2. Sharing your account or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Privacy and Security

3.1. Users are responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords secure. 3.2. Users must agree to the privacy policy of the Application to ensure the protection of their personal information.

4. Content and Rights

4.1. All content shared through the Application, including retreat and event listings, is either owned by the Company or licensed by the Company. 4.2. Users must not infringe upon the copyrights of content shared through the Application. Users are responsible for the copyrights of the content they create.

5. Terms of Use

5.1. Users must use the Application in compliance with laws, societal norms, and this Agreement. 5.2. The Company reserves the right to take necessary actions to prevent the misuse of the Application by Users.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Application. Users use the Application at their own risk. 6.2. The Company is not responsible for the content accessed or shared by Users through the Application.

7. Termination of the Agreement

7.1. Users may terminate this Agreement at any time. 7.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication through the Application.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England. 9.2. In the event of any dispute, the courts of England shall have jurisdiction.

By using the Application, Users accept this Agreement.
