Dear Friends and Family,
In late August, we asked for time to focus on being together, cherishing luminous memories of the past to guide our future.
In December, upon returning home, we shared our plan for a gathering to reunite and support each other in healing following Ada’s Heartbeat.
Here, we are counting down for an afternoon of reflection, support, and togetherness.
Here is the plan for the day:
* The doors will open at 2 pm.
The activities will start following our opening speech at 2:20 pm.
* A Drama Workshop on resilience for children under Age 9
Facilitated by Mengu.
(Spots were previously reserved individually, now all are welcome to join onsite.)
* A Breathwork session to calm all, including children from age 9 onwards
Offered by Angel.
This will be a collective group session during the event.
* A Hypnotherapy session for empowerment
Guided by Amanda.
This will follow the breathwork session and is open to all attendees.
* The Chalk Graffiti Wall
Will be open for contributions following the drama workshop.
Come to the wall and add your colour!
* Europa Gymnastics Center
Will be supporting us with their coaches and equipment
so everyone can try real gymnastics during the afternoon.
* Explore Learning Acorn Team
Will offer additional intellectual games and activities.
* Road Peace and Emergency Services
Will be present during the picnic, and information about Organ Donation Services will be available.
Make memorable pictures and discover support options for affected children and families.
* Food and Drinks
Available onsite for a nominal fee.
If you’d like to contribute extra food, please connect with our school PTA team.
* Vibrant Yoga Session for All Ages
Concluding the day with an uplifting yoga experience.
Hosted by our friend and expert Serap.
You are welcome to join all activities,
or simply enjoy the picnic and outdoor space.
Please join our WhatsApp Group for updates.
We are looking forward to seeing you all.
Please remember to bring your yoga mats and comfortable clothing to make the best of the day.
