Join me in Venice for a transformational 2-day yoga retreat in the noble residence and 5*hotel Ca Sagredo.
This retreat is designed to purify the body, senses, mind & reconnect your body and soul!
Each day will consist of 2x3 hours sessions in the morning and afternoon.
Sunday is intense purifying & renewing.
Monday is re-energising and reconnecting.

Deepen your practice. To expect are juicy hip openings with the use of props. Hips and preparation for Backbends. Asana LAB Format.

The iconic workshop to let the Energy flow through your body. To finally achieve the state of yoga, the state without any fluctuations of mind. To finally know who you are!
Remember to bring your own mat!
