Let's end our day with a burst of positive energy! Serap's vibrant yoga session will uplift our spirit and leave us feeling joyful and connected. Enjoy a flow that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness, creating a beautiful and harmonious close to our day. All levels are welcome to experience the magic of yoga. This session won't need additional booking. So just be present with us. Comfortable clothing is recommended and you may like to bring a yoga mat with you. More about our Instructor: Serap Erbas holds a Bachelor degree in Social Anthropology. However, her heart and passion for teaching took her on a different path and Serap has been teaching Pilates and Yoga for the last 15 years. She has extensive experience teaching in Turkey and the UK. In 2010 Serap founded Pilates4you as a fully certified Mat and Equipment instructor in the UK. She has got her comprehensive BASI Pilates® (Body Arts and Science International®), certificate from BASI Pilates Academy in 2013 and till today she has been privileged to carry on her ongoing journey as a mentee with the guidance of her Mentor and Master BASI Pilates founder Rael Isacowitz. Serap has completed Rael Isocawitz's Legacy Programme which includes 4 stages : Mentor (2015), Master I (2017), Master II(2017)and the Honours (2019). Serap has been working closely with health and well-being practitioners including physiotherapists, massage therapists, osteopaths for decade. Serap has a fascination for the limitless potential of movement and healing in the human body. Serap has found that Pilates is the safest and effective method of exercise regime to anyone who recovers from an injury as well as the athletes. She dedicates her life to keeping other people moving and improve health and function of their mind and body.
