4-Week Mindfulness & Essentrics Series Join us for a transformative 2-hour session each week, where we'll kick off with 30 minutes of Essentrics to calm the mind and reset your energy through deep body connection. Then, we'll dive into the basics of mindfulness-teaching you simple, practical exercises to start weaving mindfulness into your everyday life, one step at a time. We'll also take time to journal and reflect on the year that's passed, with prompts to Observe Mindfully and Reflect Compassionately.
