✨ Medicine of the Elements Retreat ✨ Freddie & I are running a retreat this October at the stunning Delta Retreat! A weekend of breathwork, ceremony, and connection with the elements — to release, renew, and reconnect. 📆 October 17-19 📍 Delta Retreat, West Sussex Together in community, we’ll gather by the sea at Delta Retreat — to remember what it means to belong. To ourselves, to the land, and to the breath. 🌊🔥🌿 Through the medicine of the elements, we connect both beyond and within — discovering presence in nature, in one another, and in our own inner landscapes. This is a chance to release heaviness, awaken awareness, and step into life renewed.
